For those of you who know me or have ever been out with me you will know how tough 31 days without a pint of Stella is going to be, however this will be nothing compared to the struggle many men and women go through every single minute of every day, 1 in 8 men in the UK struggle with their mental health and less than 30% seek help.  I myself have suffered with my mental health over the past few yearsand sometimes it’s hard to talk to people you know, MIND is an incredible service that has and will continue to help thousands of people every single day, so please donate what you can so we can continue to help those in need.
