Help for Jeff and Joey after emergency back surgery

Last week my nephew Joey Silvernail was rushed by ambulance to Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando. My brother was told that if he didn't have immediate back surgery he would lose the use of his legs. On Friday, he went through a 10 hour surgery to correct the missing, half vertebrae in his back he's had since birth. This was causing nerve damage and made walking painful and difficult. For several months he will need constant care and physical therapy. During this time my brother Jeff will be out of work. He'll need funds for transportation, rent and to keep the utilities on at home. It would be great if he didn't have to worry about how to pay the bills when he's taking care of Joey while he recovers. Your generosity is very much appreciated.
