Help send a message the Catholic Church needs to take child abuse seriously.
My son was one of 30 disabled children sexually abused at St Ann's special school run by the Catholic Church. The bus driver was a convicted paedophile "“ then they tried to covered up the abuse for almost a decade.
Now they're refusing to help us parents pay for the counselling our children now need "“ using lawyers to block our plea even reaching court for the last 12 years.
We're at our wits end after decades of this nightmare. They've got the legal power to delay this until we die. Our only hope is shaming them into doing the right thing.
We need help to take our message to the Catholic Church in a way they can't ignore anymore "“ like a huge newspaper advertisement that calls out their actions against St Ann's victims.
Imagine the face of Archbishop Wilson seeing his name splashed across the morning paper, and facing questions from national media about what he's doing. Alongside our growing change.org petition, it'll force him to rethink his strategy of sending in his lawyers against us.
It's time the Catholic Church are forced to give justice to the victims of the abuse the oversaw and covered up.

We know an ad in this paper will force Archbishop Wilson and the Catholic Church to take notice "“ and hopefully start settling our plea for financial support for St Ann's abuse victims.
Any extra funds we raise we'll use towards our fight "“ like printing out our petition and delivering it to Archbishop Wilson; making big signs to have at public gatherings; paying for designs to spread the word on social media; and any other ideas you may have!
