Hearts for Kristen

Hello!

My name is Cindy Carr and I have set up this fundraiser for my life-long friend Kristen Herrera and her family. You could say that Kristen and I were destined to be friends since we share a birthday in common and our respective families were friends before either of us were born! Kristen and her wonderful family are the most loving and kind people you will ever encounter. After being sick for some time Kristen recently received the news that she had endocarditis. This is an infection of the inner lining of the heart  that has required her to undergo open-heart surgery. This was completley unexpected. Kristen has a young son, has recently gotten married and given birth to her beautiful (now 4 months old) daughter Ava. She is still currently hospitalized and has a long road to recovery. It is my hope that through this campaign I may be able to raise money to help the Herrera family with any medical, childcare, or day-to-day expenses that they may incur during this time.  Any donation, no matter how big or small would be greatly apperciated! Kristen is a strong women of faith and more than anything she would apperciate us lifting her and her family in prayer during this time.
