Lee & Brook Smith insurance premium fund

Hello Facebook friends, union friends and family. I have started a fund to raise the money for Lee and Brook Smiths insurance premium for this term which is due by March 15.
Lee has been out of work since his back injury while working on 'Last Vegas.' After surgery, he has improved, but still hasn't been well enough to go back to work.
If you are in the IATSE 479, and you are working, your premium is easy to handle, but for Lee, workers comp isn't exactly a breeze to live on. He has to keep their insurance current to maintain the health of his wife Brook, and their son J.B. They have several serious medical issues that have very expensive medications.
I am asking all my union brothers and sisters, as well as anyone else who can help, to donate to Lee and his family. If you know him, you know he is a hard worker and a great guy who would do the same for you.
