my sweet lady

please help me save my dog lady! lady is a 5 yr old collie/lab mix. she is the love of my life, my 5 year olds best friend, my rock and the sweetest dog anyone could ever meet. i rescued lady from being put to sleep two years ago when her owner no longer wanted her. she is unable to walk and needs surgery to remove a possible blood clot from her brain. i can't do this alone, i am a single mother who works three jobs already and to put that kind of money out would be a huge financial burden on me. every dollar counts. lady's fate is in your hands ! ❤
