Please help my best friend, my sister-of-the-heart, by donating in a time of need! Her husband was hospitalized early thursday morning with viral meningitis, he is currently intubated in the neuro ICU and will likely be there for at least a week or more. It hit very rapidly, without warning. He had body aches and fever in the afternoon, and by 2 am he was being rushed to the hospital. Imagine if this was your spouse! There is fluid on his spinal cord and brain, and he is having constant seizures. Most of you know this young family, and you know that they have already had a rough year last year with their baby having to have surgery, and with her being severly sick at Thanksgiving time. She was actually scheduled to have surgery before all of this happened. Obviously right now finances are not the concern, the focus is on the immediate medical condition, but maybe us friends and family can help alleviate some of the future concerns.
