Team Mum 450km Charity Cycle

Hi Guys, My name is Maxine Grant and I am a 37 year old mummy originally from Zambia but have been living in Scotland for the last 19 years! I have signed up for the Ride Africa, Team Mum challenge and will be joining a team of inspirational mums in July, doing a 450km cycle across Kenya in just 6 days. We will be raising money for child.orgs projects in Meru which provides valuable support for mums and babies. I would be hugely grateful if you could support my fundraising for this wonderful cause. Part of the funds will allow me the ability to undertake this challenge and the various cost implications of cycling across Kenya. The rest of the funds will go towards Child.orgs Team Mum appeal. In Kenya, 1 in 26 babies die before they reach their first birthday and as a mum myself, this was something that really hit me. Team Mum will arm new mums with the health information and support they need to keep their babies safe.
