<div>From Sunday 13th April to Saturday 19th April 2025 I will complete a half-iron distance triathlon everyday. This will consist of a 1.9km swim followed by a 90km bike, finishing with a half marathon distance run, on each day, for 7 days straight. The swim will be at Stafford Leisure Centre, the ride and the run will be in Stafford and the surrounding area.

<div>This will be done in aid of House of Bread in Stafford, a cracking local organisation supporting vulnerable and homeless people in Stafford and the surrounding area. Throughout the week they hold activities and drop-in sessions providing food, friendship, support and advice available to anyone who comes along. Ask any of their visitors and they will tell you, it isn't a house that makes a home; it's the family inside it.
