Funeral expenses for Jacob

On November 24th, Jacob lost the hardest battle of his life. Anybody who had the privilege of being apart of Jacobs life knew just how amazing he was. No matter what mood Jacob was in, or how bad of a day he was having, he literally always had a smile on his face. He was facing so many of his own demons, but still found a way to be there for so many others facing their own. He had the kindest soul of anybody that I knew and saying that he is gone too soon is an understatement. I know I can speak on behalf of my entire family when I say he will be unbelievably missed and there wont be a day that goes by that we dont think of him. We all love you so much Jacob. I am so glad you are no longer suffering and can now be at peace with your brother. 

We are asking for anyone to donate anything to help cover his funeral expenses. Every little thing counts. Most of all, just keep my family in your thoughts and prayers because I know we are really going to need them.
