I have lost feeling in my left leg and I have lost the use of my left foot due to a foot drop. This has been caused by an endometriosis tumor that has developed over the past 7 years inside my sciatic notch area. The tumor is suffocating my sciatic nerve and is very painful.
After 7 years I finally have found the cause of my pain and depression and have been able to locate someone who can perform surgery to remove the tumor and hopefully restore the use of my leg and foot.
Because of the location of the mass, this is a very long and difficult surgery that is very expensive. I must come up with $14,000 up front to pay for the deductible and other expenses because of the recent changes in my insurance.
I am able to pay for $6,000 but need an additional $8,000.
