<div>Mein Name ist <strong>Svetlana Moshkovich</strong> und ich bin seit Jahren leidenschaftliche Radsportlerin.

<div>Aufgrund meiner Querschnittslähmung ist es mir allerdings nicht möglich, meine Beine zur Sportausübung einzusetzen, dafür aber meine Arme. Mit meinem Handbike habe ich im Jahr 2023 den Gesamtweltcup im Straßenrennen gewonnen, gehöre zum Österreichischen Nationalteam und war 2024 bei den Paralympics in Paris am Start. Mein letzter großer Erfolg war definitiv die <strong>Goldmedaille im Zeitfahren bei der Weltmeisterschaft 2024 </strong>in der Schweiz.

<div>Mein Sport bedeutet mir unendlich viel - hat Handbiken mich nach dem Unfall doch körperlich und mental ungemein gestärkt. An die eigenen Grenzen zu gehen, weckt bei mir Glücksgefühle, weshalb es mir ein Anliegen ist, dass sich der Handbike-Sport weiterentwickelt, mehr Menschen erreicht und motiviert.

<div>Ein besonderes Signal möchte ich mit meinem geplanten Weltrekordversuch im Februar 2025 senden und damit auch den <strong>Ein-Stunden-Weltrekord </strong>auf der Bahn für Handbikerinnen etablieren.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>Worum es dabei geht?</strong> Auf einer Indoorbahn in der Schweiz werde ich in 60 Minuten eine möglichst weite Strecke zurücklegen. Meine durchschnittliche Geschwindigkeit von 35 km/h bei meinen beiden Weltcup-Siegen im Zeitfahren auf der Straße stimmen mich positiv, mein gesetztes Ziel zu erreichen: <strong>40 Kilometer in 60 Minuten.</strong>

<div><strong>Wird es mir gelingen?</strong> Ich tue definitiv alles dafür. Doch geht ein derartiges Projekt nicht ohne tatkräftige Unterstützung. Mietkosten des Velodroms für einen offiziellen Weltrekordversuch, Organisationskosten, Logistik, Personal, Material und Nahrung für Muskeln und Hirn sind nicht leicht zu stemmen. So ist allein durch Miete und Material bereits ein Mindestaufwand von €10.000,- erreicht. Das kann ich allein nicht aufbringen.

<div>Daher möchte ich Dich bitten Teil dieses Weltrekordversuches zu werden und als Unterstützer*in den Handbike-Sport ein Stück weit voranzubringen. Lass uns gemeinsam den Ein-Stunden-Weltrekord auch für Frauen ins Leben rufen und damit ein Signal für den Frauensport setzen. Lass uns sichtbar sein und viele weitere Paraathlet*innen inspirieren.

<div>My name is <strong>Svetlana Moshkovich</strong> and I have been a passionate cyclist for years.

<div>However, due to my paraplegia, I am unable to use my legs for sport, but I can use my arms. I won the overall World Cup in road racing on my handbike in 2023, am a member of the Austrian national team and competed at the 2024 Paralympics in Paris. My last big success was definitely the <strong>gold medal in the time trial at the 2024 World Championships</strong> in Switzerland.

<div>My sport means so much to me - handcycling has strengthened me immensely both physically and mentally after the accident. Pushing my own limits gives me a sense of happiness, which is why it is important to me that the sport of handcycling continues to develop and reach and motivate more people.

<div>I want to send out a special signal with my planned world record attempt in February 2025 and also establish the one-hour world record on the track for female handbikers.
</div>

<div><strong>What is it about?</strong> I will cover as much distance as possible in 60 minutes on an indoor track in Switzerland. My average speed of 35 km/h during my two World Cup victories in the time trial on the road makes me confident that I will achieve my goal: <strong>40 kilometers in 60 minutes</strong>.

<div><strong>Will I succeed? I</strong>'m definitely doing everything I can for it. But a project like this doesn't work without active support. Renting the velodrome for an official world record attempt, organizational costs, logistics, personnel, materials and food for muscles and brains are not easy to manage. The rent and materials alone already amount to a minimum expenditure of €10,000. I can't afford that on my own.

<div>Therefore, I would like to ask you to become part of this world record attempt and help to advance the sport of handcycling as a supporter. Let's set the one-hour world record for women together and send a signal for women's sport. Let's be visible and inspire many more para-athletes.
