Help Maggie get well

On 28/1/14 our beautiful neopolitan mastiff, Maggie, was stolen from our home. After nearly 4 weeks, photos shared on facebook that reached nearly 2,000,000 people and over 1200 flyers papered over perth, Maggie was found. She had been locked in the backyard of an abandoned house and left to die with no food or water. Luckily, new tenants moved in. They had seen Maggie's story and recognised her. They called me and we had an amazing reunion. When she was found, Maggie was in poor health with deficiencies in her blood caused by starvation that could have killed her. She has lost 17kg and is a shadow of her former self, both physically and mentally. We took her straight to the vet and 5hs after we got our girl home, we were told she needed to be hospitalised for 2 - 3 days at about $1000 per day plus expenses for blood tests, fluids and supplements. All that was done to bring maggies home by the communtiy has been amazing and we do not expect anyone to donate, we are thankful enough for your support but for those that have expressed an interest in donating towards her vet bills. we created this site and are thankful for anything you can give. From our beautiful girl, thank you.
