My brother, Tony McWilliams (aka ‘TonyMac’) suffered a devastating crushing limb injury from a fallen four-ton pallet a few days ago. Fortunately, he trusted his instincts and moved quickly when he heard the pallet slipping. Tony has had several surgeries to save his leg and has at least one more to go. He has a wife and two children, one in his first year of college.
What you should know about my brother?
TonyMac works 4 jobs to care for his family and makes ends meet. Worker’s Compensation will cover only 2/3’s of this one source of income, he has also lost three other necessary sources of income. TonyMac is one of the most talented, intelligent, witty, and compassionate people I know. He would offer the shirt off his back in the middle of a blizzard, his last dollar to make you smile, drive three hours to just say hello and then probably write and sing a song about it. If you find yourself reading this now, chances are he has touched your life in this way as well.
All proceeds from this account, the fundraiser event at Curran’s Tacony on March 30th, and raffle baskets will go directly to supporting this courageous and compassionate family with medical bills, lost wage recovery and new living expenses to accommodate his new condition.
