Costa Rica Conservation Trip

Thank you for looking at my page! I am trying to raise money for a trip to Costa Rica that will take place in August. It would cost around $3200 to go. This would be an important opportunity for me for various reasons. For example, our schedule would involve really getting into rainforest ecology and conservation activities. For example, field surveying plots to compare with other forests, then applying the forest ecology methods. Also, there would be a transfer to Moatapalo for sea turtle research and conservation. We would start out the sea turtle conservation with a midnight beach patrol to search and observe how turtles lay their eggs. In addition to our conservation projects, there will also be zip-lining, Costa Rican cooking, white water rafting, and surfing classes from expert surfers! If I raise enough funds to go, I plan to use this trip on my college application essays. I will need this money by May 1st!!!
