I have a friend! Her name is Lisa Lesik. Lisa is 54 years old and was just diagnosed with endometrial cancer.
Lisa's life has been full of challenges. Her mom passed away at age 45 from ovarian cancer. Lisa lost her husband, Earl, seven years ago. Since then, Lisa has poured her heart into animal rescue. She has always helped others-now she needs our help!
It's been extremely difficult to make ends meet. Lisa works at Winn-Dixie as a cashier. Lisa was an RN, but due to health issues, she had to stop working in the field.
Now Lisa needs to have surgery as soon as possible. She doesn't have insurance and so far, a she hasn't qualified for assistance.
Lisa MUST have this surgery. We are trying to raise $15,000 to cover her pre-op and surgical expenses. Won't you please help?!
