Boston Marathon Run for the Fallen

Dear family and friends,
I am very happy to announce that I have been blessed with the opportunity to run in the 2014 Boston Marathon. This opportunity of a lifetime has been made possible for me by the Run for the Fallen foundation of Maine.
I will be running and proudly representing SGT. 1st Class Aaron Henderson, a hero to us here in northern Maine and afar. I personally know the Henderson family and how much this means to them. Aaron was more than a brother or son, he was everyone's best friend, a small town hero, always ready to give a helping hand. He loved God, his family, and his country.
Running in the Boston Marathon has also been a dream of mine since I started running almost a decade ago. The funds raised through this gofundmepage will be given to the Run for the Fallen foundation. They are a wonderful organization that supports families who have lost loved ones in combat. A small portion will also go towards the BAA marathon entry fee as well.
I can't thank you all enough. All donations, no matter how big or small, are very much appreciated. The money this foundation raises every year goes a long way to help many families dealing with the loss of a loved ones.
