The Rock School Summer Intensive

Hello everyone! Thank you for taking your time to visit my page. My name is Wander Sanchez and this fundraiser has been established to aid me in attending The Rock School for Dance Education in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the summer. This summer intensive will last for 5 weeks. I currently study at LaGuardia High School during the day and at The Harlem School of the Arts in the afternoons. In the month of January I completed my first year of technical training and it has been one of the best years of my life. I have really grown to understand and love this art form.  I auditioned for The Rock School Summer Intensive the first Sunday of February and was granted a full Ballet Tuition scholarship! I was placed in the second highest level at the school.  Even though I was blessed with a Ballet Tuition Scholarship there is still the matter of Rooming and Board and means of transportation from New York to Philadelphia.  This is where you come in and lend a hand to help my dream come true.  For the longest I’ve dreamed of studying at The Rock and I finally have the opportunity, so if you can find it in your hearts to help you would make me a very happy young man.
