Home damaged by major storm- Safe home needed

My two brother's mobile home was heavily damaged in a very large storm in Iowa on August 10, 2020 called a "Derecho". The storm had winds of over 100 mph and caused destruction over much of the midwest. Their mobile home had very large trees and branches fall on it, making holes in the roof and breaking windows. This home is over 40 years old and is not worth spending money on repair. Their insurance will only pay for the damages, not for a new home.

They do not have money to buy even a used mobile home. They are both retired and one of my brother's is handicapped and can barely walk. Because of his declining health, he will soon need to be in a handicap accessible, ADA compliant home. They need a safe home that they can live out the rest of their lives in.

Any assistance in paying for a livable home for them would be greatly appreciated!
