Gayle crushing MS

Donation protected
My name is Jay Garside and I am Gayle’s older brother, I have watched Gayle go from a energetic happy small girl until now. It has been getting harder to watch as time goes by and her physical capabilities decline. Although if you talked to her she is always pleasant and appears more worried about others than herself.
Twenty years ago Gayle was diagnosed with MS (multiple sclerosis) and her struggle with this frightening disease began. This is not Gayle’s first struggle with a life altering disease when she was still a child Gayle was diagnosed with Addison’s disease this by itself can be life threatening. This disorder affects the adrenal gland and your body produces insufficient aldosterone and cortisol. This requires Gayle to take cortisone type drugs for the rest of her life. Which by the nature of the medication present their own ongoing problems.
Gayle was always very active and loved exploring the outdoors, she loved to camp and hike as did such things as explore underground caves
I watched my sister become a happy young lady going through high school Gayle would often stop by and visit with my wife and I after school. Gayle then went on to University and got married
Gayle then started a family even though doctors warned her it could affect her own health. She wanted children and had two beautiful girls. They are now in their early and mid-teens are smart beautiful and full of talent, they have a great future thanks to their mothers care and guidance.
WHAT GAYLE NEEDS
Gayle is presently using walking sticks to get around and is physically exhausted.  Gayle wants to arrest this disease or hopefully improve her quality of life before she becomes totally disabled and ends up in a wheelchair.
The only real present solution for this is the HSCT (Hematopoietic stem cell transplant) Gayle has never asked for help with her medical problems and always puts on a brave face. Canada is only in the study stage of these treatments and does not offer them
This treatment is offered worldwide on a limited basis. Gayle has been accepted as a patient in Mexico which is known as the number one clinic in the world this treatment will cost $54.500US or at today’s rate &70.000CDN.
This treatment will enable Gayle to continue raising her daughter with self-respect and keep her and keep her from being reliant on others. If you can please help. Also read Dale Dirks generous offer.
