I have experienced much trauma in my life, from physical and sexual abuse, having my light squashed and put in a tidy box so I would not be heard or seen. I have fallen in deep grief after my mother passed away and gained 50 lbs. Can you relate to this?
For the last 7 years, I have been feeling this strong call to delve into healing the unknown landscape of womens bodies such as their breasts, bellies and vaginas.
My first teacher is Rosita Arvigo, ND for Maya Abdominal Therapy.
My second modality with multiple modules is Lymphatic Drainage Therapy with a special course specific to breast care.
My third modality is internal pelvic work, meaning working vaginally and rectally. I have two teachers in this area, Tami Kent, PT and Bryan Baisinger, DC.
In the last few weeks, I have found 3 workshops that will provide me the comprehensive skills to expand my practice in helping women release old patterns of shame, guilt, grief, sexual abuse, and even reproductive surgeries like C-sections.

The first retreat is in March with Almine Wisdom, a Toltec Seer and Mystic. This all women's shamanic retreat will be held in Almine's house on the coast in Oregon, so I can drive there. This retreat has no agenda, the alchemy of the group will bring in what needs to be discussed, however I will be initiated in all 4 levels of Belvaspata, an Angelic Healing Modality that came through Almine in 2006.
The second workshop is in April is with Kim Keller, an Intimacy Educator and coach. She lives in Ashland, Oregon so I can also drive here to save on transportation. Here is a description of the workshop...

Creating sacred time for ourselves is important, and Ajana and I would like to invite you to join us for a powerful weekend of Divine Ritual, Sacred Play and Sensual Awakening.
The third workshop is in May, with Jen and Ben Rode, Explosive Sexual Healing Practitioners. This workshop will be held in the San Fransico Bay area. This workshop really appeals to me because of their ethics, and somatic re-education approach by combining hypnotherapy, reiki and sexological bodywork. This class will be fully clothed and will cover all theory, philosophy and techniques.
