Our MOM vs Melanoma cancer

Hi, 
Please support our mom, Samantha Channels in her fight with Advanced Melanoma Skin cancer. She has battled melanoma now for 8 years. 5 recurrence's within this time. Mom has stage 4 skin cancer that spread to her organs. She continues to need to seek Melanoma Specialist in the states, as we live in Hawai'i and aren't any Melanoma Specialist and clinical trials aren't available here. Past toxic treatments that have been fda available aren't showing to be effective either. She has completed Interferon for a year,2003 Interleukin high dose at the Mayo Hospital for 21 days in ICU in Arizona, 2008 plus she completed 4 of 4 doses of Ipilimumab (Yervoy) on Oahu at the Queens Cancer Center March 2011. Also several other Chemo-therapies and none aren't working to keep it away- Mom had to have removed 12 inches of intestines, gall bladder and 30 % of her Liver removed because of melanoma cancer tumors.

Mom did scans on Oahu after completing Yervoy, a bio immune chemotherapy. The results shown, The melanoma planted "Uncountable tumors" in moms Liver. Before this, she had 2 tumors in her liver that has been an ongoing battle.

There has been a fund established for Mom. She is 36, has 4 children ages 4,6,10 and I, 16 years of age. Amazing, Inspiring, and continues to fight with everything she has. She has lost her hair, much energy & weight. But never lost her zest for life nor her passion to raise awareness of melanoma skin cancer. Please help support our family with a small donation for mom and dads continued flights and expensive medical care costs as well as childcare.
At moms wish, after returning from completion (discontinued due to unsuccessful results) of hard rounds of chemo in Houston, Texas at MD Anderson, Mom chooses to be home, near us her family for the Holidays.
All proceeds go to supporting her family while she is enduring all she must.

 Samantha's story about the last approx 9 yrs of fighting melanoma, until this time where it has progressed to Stage IV. She is now flying back and forth from Hawaii to MD ANDERSON in Texas for approx. 1 yr of clinical trials, and is now in the fight for her life, as no other treatments, or surgeries have worked for her in the past. If you follow her story on facebook, you have been updated by her on her progression of melanoma cancer and know that it has metastasized to her organs. She is very sick, has lost her hair, and her kids only know that they want their mom with them. Please help her family out with a small donation. Round trip flights from Hawaii to Texas are not covered, and she is not eligible for private flights for the sick due to her living in Hawaii. These flights only help out within the mainland. Her husband has to continue working, and the kids need child care while she is away. This is all becoming a financial burden very quickly. If all of her facebook followers gave a dollar it would add up and help her with those flights. No amount is too small. Thank you so much. xo
