Battling for Bailey

Donation protected
Meet 4 year old Bailey, she is fighting a battle, a battle for her life. She is an inspiration to everyone she meets. Bailey has Medulloblastoma, which is a fancy word for brain cancer. It is a relatively rare cancer, responsible for less than 2% of all primary brain tumors and 18% of all pediatric brain tumors. The exact cause in not known. Bailey was diagnosed in September, 2012 and spent most of that year at Seattle Children's Hospital receiving chemo. In May, she went to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas for radiation. Her family had every reason to hope that this treatment would work and, for a while, it did. Three months ago her loving parents and family celebrated the news that they had longed to hear, Bailey was cancer free! That celebration was short lived as they just learned that the cancer has come back. But Bailey is a fighter and has a warrior spirit; she is still fighting and taking things one day at a time. Bailey and her parents are currently traveling 3 ½ hours to Seattle over mountain passes every 2 weeks for Chemotherapy. Please help this amazing little girl and her family continue to fight the biggest battle imaginable, the fight for her life. The road will be long and difficult, but friends and family can at least help to ease the financial burden of this terrible disease.
