On behalf of Zackary, his parents Lana & Matt & his sister's Pauline, Kaylee & Sierra they would like to thank you for the love & support you have given during this time.
Lana & Matt recieved the news no parent should ever have to hear. Zackary has been diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL).
He will begin his first round of treatment within a day or two however he will be on a treatment plan for the next three years. At the moment we do not know his length of stay in the hospital but we do know he will be in and out of the cancer clinic 2 to 3 times a week for the next few months here in Saskatoon at the Royal University Hospital.
The Doctor's have requested that if you have a cough, cold or flu like symptoms to NOT visit Zackary for his immunity is really low and is already compromised. Lana and Matt were informed that one of the antibiotics for Zack's treatment, that he will be recieving, once a week, is not covered.
As his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Grandparents we wanted to eliminate any financial burden for The Pelly's but we also wanted to support and provide others the opportunity to contribute. Your thoughtfulness and prayers are greatly appreciated! He's a "TROOPER". We LOVE YOU Zackary James
