I need a truck

I had an accident where a semi was traveling about 45 mph on the highway and driving with his blinker on for at least two miles.  I was behind him and then he slowed and moved to the right shoulder, I assumed to let me around.  I moved left and began to overtake him and he then turned across my path and I was unable to keep from colliding with him.  The police decided it was my fault????  My truck is totaled.  Unfortunately,  the insurance pay off is not going to be enough to purchase a used truck that I can rely on to get me back and forth to Dallas every day where I work.  I hate asking but I need help.  Please help if you can.  If anyone has a dependable truck for a good price please let me know.  I rely on my truck to make my living.  Thanks in advance to any that are able to extend a hand.
