Stem Cells & therapy for my son

Lets help my son Derek to gain more abilities and recover from his spinal cord injury.  Help me raise money to pay for stem cell injections and  physical therapy for  Derek who was the victim of a senseless violent crime against him which left him severely injured with a broken neck.  He was paralyzed from the neck down after a violent attacked against him for no reason while walking down the street.  Everyday is a struggle for him emotionally and he would desperately like to get back as much body function and movement as possible and maybe even regain full use of his body again.
Stem cells and physical therapy can help make this a possibility for him one day. Every night he dreams about  being able to rebuild his body so that he can regain full use of his hands, arms and legs so that he can be more independent and walk again.
