Prevent a 6 y.o. from getting blind

My cousin's daughter is 6 years old and she was diagnosed with a very serious eye infection. Her left eye is completely blind and the right one is blind 80%. She needs a very complicated surgery that her parents can't afford. My family and relatives have been helping them, but it's not nearly enough. I NEVER ask for any financial support, but we're so desperate now and if she doesn't get a surgery soon she'll get completely blind. Please let me know if you can help little Elena, even if it's $1! It's very urgent!

She lives in Russia and Russia doesn't have good services for blind people (or really for any handicap people). Elena is so young and her life will be pretty much over if she gets completely blind now...
