Help for Dakota

Dakota is an exceptional young man. He is a star athlete at his school competing at the High-School State level in Cross-country running, Cross-country Ski, and Track; he is the team captain. He is also a good student, but this year his grades have fallen and he is failing classes because his health has been declining fast over the past year. He is suffering with anxiety, depression, severe insomnia, low iron (borderline anemic), passing out in the middle of his competitions, low vitamin D levels, chronic fatique, stress induced asthma, low white blood cell count. He has many friends, teachers and coaches that love him and are very worried about him.
