school lunch lady lost house in fire

Whitewood Elementary lunch lady, LaVerne Collins, lost her house to a fire the week of February 3rd, 2014. Students and staff will be collecting monetary donations in their classrooms through Wednesday, February 12th. Jackson Morrison is a kindergartener at the school and wanted to thank Miss LaVerne for caring about their food and giving him lunch everyday. His family would like to encourage others in Whitewood and surrounding communities to donate money through this site to help her out in this difficult time.
