Eleanor (Elle) is such a strong beautiful 12 year old young lady who has a condition called Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy. This is a condition where muscles progressively waste and weaken, unfortunately for Elle it means that she can no longer stand or walk and has to use her wheelchair to get around! So to make life that little bit easier for Elle she now needs a hoist to get her safely from one place to another especially when they are out of the house! The goal amount it £1700! So lets get there!! :)
