Summer Medical Program

My name is Lily Mooney and I am a junior in high school. I have been invited to two medical programs for this summer. One called the National Youth Leadership Forum: Advanced Medicine and Health Care and the other called the National Student Leadership Conference: Medicine and Health Care. I would only go to one but I have the other option if it gets filled before I get to confirm. I would want to do the NYLF at Columbia University. With only having one income from my dad after my mother passing away, and it is not the most flexible income, my dad is unable to pay for this. I really want to get in because I am planning on perusing a career in medicine and I want to be as prepared and ahead as I possibly can. Also I have always wanted to visit in New York City. I work very hard for my grades in school and I have been chosen as the only student in my school to go to the NYLF. Please help me get into this amazing program that would be a once in a lifetime experience for me. The money donated would go to a full schedule of classes, briefings, lectures and stimulation, housing accommodations, two meals per day, course materials and lab fees, events, social events and program faculty. These would just matter on which location I am going to.
