On January 30th, Annie Dennisdottir-Wright passed away suddenly, leaving behind her dog Gretchen. While Gretchen has been taken in by people who love her dearly, the cost of dog ownership can range from $526 to $9,000 annually, depending on emergencies and other unexpected needs.
Annie was never much into the idea of commemorating via flowers, and in this case we think she'd have preferred donations toward ensuring Gretchen receives the best care possible.
All funds donated will be used exclusively for food, nutritional supplements as needed, treats, routine vet exams, vaccinations, heartworm tests and prevention, flea and tick prevention, professional teeth cleaning, grooming tools, shampoo, emergency veterinary treatment, and toys she'll ignore entirely in favor of a balled up pair of socks.
Please donate what you can to help us preserve Annie's memory in the form of her gorgeous, rambunctious, couch-thieving dog. Gretchen meant the world to Annie, and we want to provide Gretchen with the lifestyle to which she's become accustomed: carefully cared for and genuinely loved.
