Ten years ago, Jim (Jaime) came to the US to pursue his American dream, leaving his job, his wife and his daughter in the Philippines. With his desire to give his family a better life, Jim endured the struggle of people finding their livelihood in the United States with limited resources. He made the ends meet by working as a caregiver – a far-fetched from his job in the Philippines as an Airline Manager. He worked very hard to earn his livelihood pouring out his blood and soul just to see his daughter finish university in the Philippines leaving very little for himself to survive away from his family.
Before that unfortunate accident, one of his dreams was seeing his daughter and his wife here in the United States since going home to the Philippines was neither an option for Jim. The August 10, 2018 accident on the i-80 wrecked that possibility. As a good friend of Jim, It is my wish to fulfill that dream by finding a way for his wife and daughter to repatriate his remains to where his heart would wish he would have put to rest.
Sadly, the only thing that Jim left behind in his passing is his true and genuine friendship and his legacy as a father to his only daughter and as a husband to his wife. He has left nothing for himself. I am appealing to all of you with all sincerity and with a good heart upon which i am offering a fervent prayer for your compassion to help financially.
