Help With Legal Fees For An Awesome Dad

My friend Bobby Ray has to hire a lawyer to help assure he can spend a fair and meaningful amount of time in raising his six year old son Braeden. Right now, his soon-to-be-ex-wife is appealing to the courts for nearly 80% custody of Braeden and has considerably more financial resources for litigation (through her parents) than Bobby Ray. He's very scared that he will lose a significant amount of time with his son, simply because he can't afford legal aid.

Many of you who will see this are a part of Bobby Ray's chosen family, his community. We have an opportunity to help him in a way that will be transformative in the life of Braeden (who, while growing up, will need more than six nights a month to spend with his dad).

Bobby Ray needs and initial $1,500.00 ASAP to retain the services of his attorney, with a total of $2,700.00 to pay for the entirety of her legal counsel.

Please help Bobby Ray with however much you can. I think we can hit the $1,500.00 goal by Monday, 10 February 2014. That's my challenge to you.
