Apartment for homeless college student.

In the fall semester I couldn't get loans and needed extra documents that most college students don't need. It was all last minute and it happened when the government shut down so getting IRS documents was really hard. With my financial aid being messed up I can't register for spring classes which cost me my job on campus and my housing. I am now homeless and jobless. I'm trying to get an apartment with friends but I don't have the money for rent and the security deposit for the first month. I'm hoping to get an apartment that has Bata busing so I can get to and from work. I can't get any loans to help me get on my feet. I need to come up with around $1000 so I can pay for the apartment and groceries and transportation until I get a new job.
