home burned down 3 days after moving in

i received a very horrific call from my ex-wife sue stuart yesterday saying that she just got a phone call stating that the house her and her husband matt and their two young children moved into only three days earlier had caught fire and burned to the ground while she was at work. luckily nobody was at home at the time and the family is safe, but unfortunately by the time she and matt got to the house it was completely gone, having lost everything including their dog and two cats that weren't able to escape the fire... sue, matt and myself had worked for the same company for years and i've reached out to fellow co-workers and family alike to try and help out this wonderful family who is going through such a troubled time right now and needs everyone's support to get through this trying time. i will be in contact with both matt and sue, so if there are any questions or if our friends have any problems reaching them please feel free to contact me at [email redacted] and i will try to answer anything i can or forward messages to them. thank you for any help that you could offer...
