Cleo came into our lives in late summer 2021. Her name was Saloon. She had a long multi month journey from Flagstaff to Kanab to Vancouver and ended up at the shelter where I was working. From the moment I met her I knew she was a special dog and shortly after, we brought her home forever. Watching her grow and flourish over the years has truly been a gift, and we feel so lucky we get to share our lives with the kindest and most pure soul. To know her is to love her.

Over the last few weeks we've been working up what is at this time an unknown cancer diagnosis. She needs advanced imaging and potentially surgery to find out more about the type of cancer she has and to develop the best treatment path for her.
