Help, please! Eviction notice :(

Donation protected
I am a single mom who was on welfare while I worked my way through college. I graduated in 2012 as a registered nurse. I got my job of choice in the ER, I got the cute and modest townhouse my son and I wanted, I got a reliable new(ish) car, I got everything that I worked for. I did it! Then it changed in the blink of an eye. I woke up the morning of July 27th, 2013 with a fever and back pain. 2 days later I was paralized from the waist down. I had emergency spinal surgery to remove a mrsa abcess from my spinal cord. I spent some time in the ICU, learned to walk again and got to come home after weeks in the hospital just to fall and fracture 3 vertabrea....back to the hospital i go. Since then I have had bronchitis, dental surgery, kidney infection, kidney stones, the list goes on. I was super healthy. As a single mom and the sole provider, financial burden became heavy. Its not easy getting by on disability pay after 6 weeks of no income and the added expenses of medical bills, medications etc. Just 3 weeks ago I was released by my neurosurgeon to return to work with limited hours. I knew that he was going to allow me to return to work so I never applied for longterm disability or any other assistance. I was waiting for the phone call from my director that would give me a return to work date but instead the call said that the department was unable to accommodate my limited hours. Just like that I have no job, no income, no medical coverage and nothing to fall back on. What I do have is an eviction notice and a few shut off notices. I owe people money who have helped me here and there along the way. I have great friends, many who have helped already. Unfortunately, I am so far behind that I'll never catch up. Its my sons 7th birthday this week and I don't want to have to tell him that we have nowhere to live. So please help me out and in return I will pay it forward every chance I get.
