My parents lost nearly everything after their home was flooded. The cold weather caused a pipe to bust on the second floor and the entire house flooded while they were gone. They were renting the house and did not have renter's insurance :( Now they have to pick up the pieces, find a new place to live and start over unexpectedly. Please help as we're trying to make this transition as smooth as possible for two amazing people. <3
