PROJECT RATIONALE

Our focus for this new initiative is the restoration and revitalization of a central corridor in the English Avenue neighborhood. We set our target on two interior anchor projects that will become a conduit of change throughout the community. Using theories based in community change, this project will present an opportunity to work on the core issues with a primary focus on economic development. This initiative seeks to utilize the existing capital assets within the community. This revitalization process is being driven by residents and community stakeholders.

Program/Rental Income: Reinvested back into community programs 

Leasing commitments: 60%

Leased office space

The facility will enhance access to vocational training and jobs.
