Our family graciously ask for any help you might be able to provide in raising funds for a service dog for Jace, our non-verbal six-year-old autistic son.
We want to be able to have the peace of mind and heart knowing that he will have a genuine friend by his side who will assist him with his daily activities, keep him safe and away from danger and harmful situations, and love him unconditionally.
The unconditional friendship and constant interaction of a service dog with our son is our last hope for encouraging the development of our son's eye-contact, verbalization, and socialization skills.
A service dog costs between $20,000 to $30,000. We reached out to an organization called Pawsitive Service Dog Solutions which requests that families assist with the payment of a service dog's training, but we are unable to pay for the full amount for a service dog on our own.
