Medical Bills for Kayson & Grayson

Kayson & Grayson Toland, our identical twins, were born 5 weeks premature and stayed in the ICU at Baylor in Ft Worth for 2 weeks due to complications with breathing and eating. They were sent home and 5 days later they both had to be admitted to the ICU at Cook Children's Hospital with RSV. They were there for 3 weeks and were sent home. Three days later, Kayson was admitted back into the ICU because he was having trouble breathing and was immediately intubated. Grayson has been readmitted with the same complications. While at Cook's, the doctors have found staph infection on Kayson's breathing tube and in his urine,  E. coli on his breathing tube, and he was given an accidental drug overdose on his second trip back to the ER. Today we found out they found another bacteria, pseudomonas growing in his throat and around his  breathing tube. They still have not found out why this is happening to them and we no longer feel comfortable at this hospital. We are trying to have them transferred to Children's Hospital in Dallas, it is imperative that we get the best treatment possible for both of our children. Our insurance will not cover the cost of the transfer so we are asking for all the help we can possibly get. Every penny counts! Thank you all so much for your support!
