Help my body heal and sleep well

Im Luke Althouse a 27 year old artist. I was working as a event support/Day porter until the current situation which lead me to lose my job. I live in a minivan and was working and saving to buy a motorhome so I would have an actual bed. I am 6'3" and this little minivan is pretty cramped and doesnt allow me to strech out when I try to sleep. Also I have these bunions that I fear will only get worse in this situation. Plus I always smell like pee cause I have to pee outside and then is splashes on my shoes and gets on my carpet and its depressing. I avoid people because of this. I would be exuberant if you were to help me and would definately do my best to pay it forward.
