Johnny-boy's Cancer Will Not Win!!!

John was first diagnosed with brain cancer - Medulloblastoma - in February of 2010 at the age of 24. After that was taken care of, he was cancer free for over 3 years, but this hideous disease decided to rear it's ugly head again in the summer of 2013...this time, the same cancer returned to every bone in his body. Initially, the doctors thought maybe it wasn't worth the fight - but, John decided cancer will not win. We know and love a very big God! He's been through 5 rounds of high-dose chemotherapy and is currently in the stem cell transplant program. We believe in miracles - we know that cancer is just a word, not a sentence and we are thanking God in advance for John to have more good years. In those good years, we would love for John to be able to do something he's always dreamed of and that is to travel.We've taken funds from Brian's retirement account to fund medical expenses, but there won't be enough left over to help John realize his dream...our niece heard of this idea and encouraged us to post this page. More than anything, we thank you for standing with us in prayer and supporting us with your love!
