This is Les Thomas he was recently stricken with stage four renal kidney diesease and is fighting to avoid ending up in a Dyallis chair his condition has recently worsend and he is now retaining fluid in his lungs and around his heart,it has discovered that he has developed damage to his lower left ventrical of his heart this is being coupled with a serious hypertension problem and problems breathing and at this time he can not walk more than 25 to 30 yards or a flight of stairs without serious breathing complications.
Les at this time unable to be a productive employee and is on a serious battery of medications to try and remove the fluid retention problem adversely affecting him in the near future we will have to try and procure a live donnor transplant or be forced on to a 5 to as much 8 year waiting list for a donnor which at Let's current age of almost 63 may not be the best plan for him. He is asking for any donation amount that can be given to help offset the expenses that he will incure in either surgery he will have to have as well if you could circulate this posting to help find anyone willing help find a transplant donnor this is a extreamly intense process that begins with a blood test for possible match because Let's blood type is A positive he could possibly be a match with someone of the same blood type as well as someone that is a O blood type upon completion of the blood test a more stringent tissue match test is performed to try and eliminate the possibility of rejection. With Les as the recipent he would be hospitalized for up to 5 weeks and he would have to travel to one of 5 government facilities to have the procedure performed. This is a very dibilatating illness that effects the physical as well as the mental strength of the body.
