Help Colt Recover From Fatal Injuries

Hey everyone my name is Sam and my dog Colt recently got hit by a car and the person that hit him didn't even stop and just left him to die. He is in critical condition right now and needs multiple surgeries to live. He has a fractured scull and many fractures in each hip that need to be fixed for him to walk. He has trauma to his face and head. My parents can't afford to pay for all of his surgeries and if they don't operate on him we will have to put him to sleep. Colt is at the animal hospital in Rochester New York. He's only 5 years old. His best friend is our cat Niño. Niño is very depressed that Colt isn't home. All my friends love him. His two pitbull friends Bentley and Bucky miss playing with him and are devastated that he's not home. He's a sweet dog and is to young to lose. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
