Frank Manasia fund

Donation protected
My friend Frank and I have known each other since we were 7 years old. We played sports together, learned to play guitar together, sang together, and got into trouble together (not much really).
When Frank was in his 40's he was diagnosed with MS. This insidious disease slowly has stolen much from Frank. He is, and has been, for a number of years a quadriplegic. The only way he can be mobile, is with a powered wheelchair that he can control with his chin. Up until about 6 years ago, Frank lived with his elderly father; and had 24 hour care with visiting in house help. When his father passed away, he was forced to enter a nursing home where he resides today. From his fathers estate, Frank inherited a sum of money. Since he was unable to work, this money was all he had. Because Frank is a giving person, he proceeded to give all of his inheritance away to family and acquaintances! Today he has nothing left.
The motorized wheelchair is Frank's only means of mobility and independence. Without it, he would be forced to rely on help to even leave his room (which isn't very big). Frank recently was told his chair needs 2 new motors. If it isn't fixed it surely will fail. Since he resides in a nursing home, Medicaid will not fund the repair; they say its the nursing homes responsibility. The nursing home says they will only provide a manual wheelchair which of course is useless to Frank! This problem has caused Frank a lot of stress.
Please help a very courageous and generous person get the repair he so desperately needs to maintain his quality of life.
