please help get dima closer to home

my fiance was in a car accident in october 2013 and suffered a traumatic brain injury. he has been in the hospital in la away from family for 4 months:( miracle of miracles a bed has opened up in sacramento but we have to pay for the ambulance transfer and it has to be paid up front by monday february 3rd. please help us get dima closer to his family and daughter who will be born in may! we really believe he has a better chance of recovery if he is surrounded by family and loved ones! thank you do much! every penny will help!
