Grace Davis Doty

Gracie was born november 5th ,1994. She always had a smile and energy that would light up a room. She loved to make people happy. From the time she was a small child until she was taken from us she would do little things picking flowers for Mom, and even the neighbors. She had a heart of gold. She always thought of others before herself When she was attending Beyer High school she joined the Floral class and very quickly we learned she had talent. She loved making these beautiful arrangements for people. When her Aunt was sick she loved to make her flowers and take them as often as possiable. She really wanted to be a wedding planner. Her whole life I thought she should be a party planner because even as a small child if we were having a party she would always think of ways to make it better, more decorations, more food, streamrs all over the house. I always thought of her as my rock, I would tell her i coundn't have done it without you!! Christmas time she would make up trays with cookies,candy and choclate covered pretzels. We would do this together. She would always like to deliver them to our neighbors.She was working on making her dreams come true in the Culinary art program at Columbia jr college. She didn't want to just plan wedding she wanted to do the flowers, make the cake, and cook the food. She was such a bright energy, never wasting a minute of life on video games, watching Tv or even sleeping in late. She always had to be doing something. I could have never asked for a better daughter, the day before her accident she suprised me with a snoopy valentine. And that is the only way i have to describe her, She never let a day pass where she didnt make me feel like the best mom in the world. She was my best freind. She helped me sign up for college in december and I had the pleasure of going to school with her for 3 weeks. Sitting next to her in 2 classes.
