Orion is failing more & more of his seizure medications. His VNS implant isn't helping as well as we had hoped. And now, we are looking to a new avenue, one that might keep our boy seizure free! Thanks to CO voters, we have the ability to try the CBD oils with Orion!
It is not yet something that his medical insurance covers, and can get very expensive. We live off SSI and this will be very hard on us to pay for the new doctors and the monthly oil costs. Any amount helps greatly! We are hoping that the insurance companies see the need to cover this and our costs will be cut drastically in the coming months and years.
The $1500 is (hopefully) a full year's worth of CBD/thc-a medication and the fees for the prescribing doctor's that do not take his insurance.
